Customized Model 650 chuck features 2 sets of flexing jaws that are hardened and ground as well as wire cut to allow compensation for out of round parts. Hardened and ground stop locates part axially, and second set of jaws and stop grip- small bore (.750 dia) and pull part onto hard stop. This ensures part is properly seated.
