MP4816A and MP4816 Analog Switches eliminate need of power up/down sequencers.
Used in medical ultrasound imaging applications, MP4816A and MP4816 Analog Switches offer 12.5Ω output switch resistance for minimize signal attenuation. Passing or blocking transmit signals up to ±90V, units are controlled using 16-bit serial shift register with parallel latches. Switches come in 48-pin TQFP packages. MP4816A features integrated output bleed resistor.
