NIST Researchers demonstrate squeezed motion, measurement.

Earlier in 2015, NIST researchers reported they could accurately measure zero-point motion of- tiny metal membrane cooled near absolute zero. The same team, in Quantum Nondemolition Measurement of a Nonclassical State of a Massive Object, - demonstrated later that the state of such a membrane’s motion can be squeezed, and that said squeezing can be independently and continuously measured.
