MAPI Quarterly Report shows slowdown for 2007.

According to Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI Quarterly Industrial Outlook, which analyzes 27 major industries, US manufacturing production declined in 4th quarter 2006 and will likely remain flat, or decline further in 1st quarter of 2007. Overall manufacturing will still grow in 2007, but at reduced 2.5% rate compared to 4.7% in 2006. Alliance forecasts 3.1% growth in manufacturing in 2008.

Between March 19-28, FRA used specialized track inspection vehicle to check over 1,085 miles of CSX tracks in upstate New York. According to Joseph H.
