Thermally insulative tape is rated to 2,500°F and provides thermal conductivity of 1.00 Btu-in./hr-ft²-°F. Available in several sizes, tape is suitable for combustion systems, incinerators, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, and boilers. Pyro-Tape 682-TB1 is 0.030 in. thick x 1, 2, or 4 in. while Pyro-Tape 682-TB2 is 0.054 in. thick x 1, 2, or 4 in.

FEATURES

Pyro-Tape 682-TB is a new thermally insulative,high temperature tape fabricated using a silica ceramic cloth combined with an adhesive backing layer to make it easier to wrap pipes. The tape is rated to 2500°F (1371 °C) and provides a thermal conductivity of 1.00 Btu-in/hrs-ft2-°F.

Pyro-Tape 682-TB is typically used to insulative high temperature pipes, doors and ductwork used in combustion systems, incinerators, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, and boilers.
