October 26, 2012 - Fabricated using silica ceramic cloth combined with adhesive backing layer, Pyro-Tape 682-TB is available for insulating pipes, doors, and ductwork. Thermally insulative tape is rated to 2,500F and provides thermal conductivity of 1.00 Btu-in./hr-ft-F. Available in several sizes, tape is suitable for combustion systems, incinerators, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, and boilers. Pyro-Tape 682-TB1 is 0.030 in. thick x 1, 2, or 4 in. while Pyro-Tape 682-TB2 is 0.054 in. thick x 1, 2, or 4 in.

Pyro-Tape 682-TB, a new thermally insulative, high temperature tape produced by Aremco Products, Inc., is now available for insulating pipes, doors and ductwork for applications to 2500 F (1371 C).



FEATURES

Pyro-Tape 682-TB is a new thermally insulative,high temperature tape fabricated using a silica ceramic cloth combined with an adhesive backing layer to make it easier to wrap pipes. The tape is rated to 2500F (1371 C) and provides a thermal conductivity of 1.00 Btu-in/hrs-ft2-F.



Pyro-Tape 682-TB is typically used to insulative high temperature pipes, doors and ductwork used in combustion systems, incinerators, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, and boilers.



Pyro-Tape 682-TB is available in several standard sizes:

Pyro-Tape 682-TB1 0.030” (0.76mm) Thick x 1”, 2” or 4”

Pyro-Tape 682-TB2 0.054” (1.37mm) Thick x 1”, 2” or 4”
