Solid State Multiplexer handles voltages greater than ±15 V.March 27, 2007 -
Featuring typical on resistance of 150 W, Model 40-680 comes in variety of configurations including 160-channel single bank multiplexer, 20-bank 8-channel unit, and 4-pole 40-channel model. Fault protection ensures that it is protected from voltages greater than 40 V if module power is off. Compatible with any PXI chassis, Model 40-680 is supplied with range of drivers and is suitable for switching DMM's or as input switch to data acquisition systems.

Pickering Interfaces Introduces New PXI Solid State Multiplexers
Clacton on Sea, March 12th, 2007 - UK -Pickering Interfaces is expanding its range of PXI switching modules with the introduction of a range of high density solid state multiplexers.
The new switching module family provides a perfect solution for low current and voltage applications where speed of operation, long service life and low contact bounce are essential. Applications include switching DMM's for 4 terminal resistor measurements or as an input switch to data acquisition systems.
The 40-680 is available in a wide choice of configurations ranging from a 160 channel single bank multiplexer, a 20 bank 8 channel multiplexer to a 4 pole 40 channel multiplexer. The 40-680 is able to handle voltages to greater than ±15 V and has a low typical on resistance of 150 W.
The 40-680 includes fault protection that ensures that if the module power is off the multiplexer is protected from voltages greater than 40 Volts.
The 40-680 is compatible with any PXI chassis and is supplied with a complete range of drivers. The 40-680 can be used in Pickering Interfaces 60-100 LXI Modular Switching Chassis series
