Units come in lengths of 10, 20, and 30 in., provide removal ratings from 0.04-70 Ám, and are compatible with range of filter media, including PVDF, PES, PTFE, and polypropylene membranes as well as polypropylene, glass, and polypropylene depth microfiber media. Product is also available in gamma-irradiated version for aseptic applications.

UltraCap« Inline and T-style Versions Available
Meissner Filtration Products, Inc. offers a choice of Inline or T-style UltraCap« filter assemblies for disposable filtration in biomanufacturing.
The UltraCap« assembly is an integrally sealed filter and housing system. This completely disposable system saves cleaning and cleaning validation costs and provides faster, more convenient filter change-outs than traditional cartridge and stainless steel filter housing systems. Inline and T-style versions are available in 10", 20" and 30" lengths (25 cm, 50 cm and 75 cm) for optimizing flow rate and throughput.
Both inline and T-style UltraCap« versions are available in the full range of Meissner filter media, including PVDF, PES, PTFE, and polypropylene membranes, as well as, polypropylene, glass, and polypropylene depth microfiber media. A choice of removal ratings from 0.04 Ám - 70 Ám is offered to meet a range of filtration applications, including sterile filtration of serum, tissue culture media, microbiological growth media, and other viscous biological liquids; and filling line applications with disposable plastic biocontainers. A gamma-irradiated version is also available for aseptic applications.
