Prototyping Program offers die cut parts from flexible materials.

May 12, 2014 - Die Cut Parts Prototyping program lets designers and engineers move from product development and prototyping to manufacturing production quantities. Die cut part prototypes, samples for testing, and pre-production runs can be produced from various flexible materials – foams, rubber, silicone, sponge, plastics, fabrics, felts, textiles, and tapes – up to 1 in. thick. Prototyped parts made out of flexible materials may include gaskets, seals, guards, dampeners, and protective packaging.

New ICP Prototyping Program for Die Cut Parts Delivers in 3 to 5 Days

Minneapolis, Minnesota – Industrial Custom Products (ICP) is introducing a new program for Die Cut Parts Prototyping for parts made from flexible materials.

ICP developed this prototyping program for designers and engineers to move seamlessly from product development and prototyping to manufacturing production quantities.

ICP’s CNC based ATOM Flashcut dieless knife cutting system has no tooling requirements. Die cut part prototypes, samples for testing and pre-production runs can be produced quickly from a wide variety of flexible materials up to one inch in thickness, including foams, rubber, silicone, sponge, plastics, fabrics, felts, textiles and tapes.

Prototyped parts made out of flexible materials may include gaskets, seals, guards, dampeners and protective packaging.

About Industrial Custom Products

Since 1955, ICP has grown to become an award winning leader in prototyping, developing and manufacturing high quality OEM and custom thermoformed and vacuum formed plastic components, die cut and dieless knife cut parts made from flexible materials, CNC plastics routing, and custom fabricated plastic products.

ICP Product Development Services support designers and engineers early in the process of development of new products to help meet “speed to market” objectives.

ICP’s eight QuickTurn Manufacturing Processes all work together at a single source:
