Featuring 18-bit digital interface, 1,000 nit 7.0 TFT Module without touch panel supports WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution and operates up to +85°C. Features include normally white, transmissive display/polarizer mode; anti-glare treatment on surface of LCD glass; and FPC connector. Display offers 50°/70°/70°/70° viewing angle at 6 o’clock direction, and product can be connected to any carrier module that supports TFT interface.

New 7.0 WVGA Thin Film Transistor
Microtips Technology is excited to announce the new high bright 7.0 TFT Modules without Touch panel; this low cost 1000 nit TFT display has an 18 bit digital interface. This display supports a Wide Video Graphics Array (WVGA) which has been referring to a display resolution of 800x480 pixels. This display can achieve extremely high brightness by using specialize design backlight with high performance LEDs. The 7.0 TFT Module is bright enough to view in direct sunlight conditions which bring the LCM to life in any applications.
Base on these findings, the 7.0. WVGA TFT has a display/polarizer mode of a, normally white, transmissive. This display can be connected to any carrier module which may support the TFT interface. The FPC Connector is used for the recommended module of its electronics interface 0.5SH. This display has a viewing angle of 50/70/70/70, at the 6 O’clock direction. The 7.0 TFT Module can operate up to 85+ degrees Celsius, and has a storage temp from -30 to 85+. Sunlight readability is optimized by using Anti Glare treatment on the surface of the LCD glass. Customizations are available for these standard low cost 7.0 WVGA TFTs.
