Danvers, MA – Inkcups Now Corporation has developed a cylindrical printing attachment for the immensely popular DirectJet 1024 UV inkjet printer. The machine modification is exclusively available from Inkcups Now Corporation. This rotary module allows the operator to print on a wide variety of drink ware such as: plastic sports bottles, glasses, metal thermal containers, personalized wine bottles and any other cylindrical shaped objects.

The DirectJet 1024 UV inkjet printer is one of the first bottle printers capable of printing in CMYK plus WHITE all in a single pass and is the fastest bi-directional cylindrical printer available today (print an entire 360 degree wrap in only 3 minutes!) This UV inkjet printer has only a 1.5pl droplet size, the smallest available on the market (the smaller the droplet size, the finer detailed the image can be.) The specially formulated UV ink can adhere to a wide range of substrates including (but not limited to): glass, metal, and plastic. The ink is also LED curable, ideal for heat sensitive materials such as electronics.
The DirectJet 1024 rotary is capable of printing on cylinders at a maximum diameter of 5 inches (127mm). This UV inkjet printer can achieve a maximum resolution of 5760 x 5760dpi producing stunning images from company logos/labels to photographic images.
