Ignition Wire Booter applies boots to terminated wires.

Straight Booter runs on shop air and is used for applying rubber insulator boots to terminated spark plug and distributor wire assemblies. Measuring 19 x 5 x 5 in., bench-top device is powered by twin rod guided pneumatic cylinder. Minimal tooling changes are required for depth of boot insertion, and flow control valves permit adjustments to different boot and terminal combinations. Foot pedal actuated, it is capable of processing up to 100 wire assemblies per hour.

Wire Termination Machine features linear slide table.

LPT-522 magnet wire termination machine inserts MAG-MATE terminals into coil-wound components found in motors, stators, bobbins, and other magnet wire applications. It is capable of producing up to 600 assemblies per hour, and can perform up to 2 secondary operations such as continuity testing, wrap-off post trim, and tab bending. Machine handles in-line, radial and linear/angularly opposed insertion cavities.

This story is related to the following:
<a href='http://news.thomasnet.com/news/electronic-components-devices' target='_blank''>Electronic Components and Devices Sponsored by: Lumera Corporation -

Search for suppliers of: <a href='http://www.thomasnet.com/products/wire-termination-machinery-49360605-1.html' target='_blank''>Wire Termination Machinery
