Equipped with 4-digit counter for accurately determining output frequency, model 4040DDS provides 0.1 Hz to 20 MHz sine/square waveforms and 0.1 Hz to 2 MHz triangle waveforms. Adjustable features include dc offset (±4.5 V), coarse and fine tuning controls for output frequency, and linear or logarithmic sweep with variable sweep rate and adjustable sweep time. Adjustable symmetry lets generator produce various pulse waveforms, ramp or saw tooth waves, and slewed sine waves.

Equipped with 4-digit LCD display, Models 4007DDS and 4013DDS provide Sine and Square wave outputs over frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 7 MHz and 0.1 Hz to 12 MHz, respectively. Sweep output waveforms can be linear or logarithmic, internally swept, up or down, over full unit range. Sweep start and stop frequencies can be independently adjusted and sweep rate can be set from 100 ms to 30 s. All waveforms are internally generated with amplitudes to 10 Vp-p into 50 <font face='Symbol'>W</font>.
