            <title>Centrifugal Concentrators are optimized for performance.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/566714</link>
            <description>
Compatible with swinging-bucket and fixed-angle rotors, Pierce&amp;#174; Concentrators are used for protein concentration, desalting, and buffer exchange. Design, consisting of regenerated cellulose membrane fused to conical device, optimizes concentration factor achieved in single centrifugation step while minimizing polarization and adsorption at membrane surface. Concentration factors of greater than 110-fold can be achieved in less than 45 min with 20 ml device or 30 min with 7 ml device.

            <title>Concentrator is suited for handling heat-sensitive samples.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/556917</link>
            <description>
Along with refrigeration capability for protecting heat-sensitive samples by cooling them down to 25&amp;#176;F during processing, Proteomic CentriVap&amp;#174; Benchtop Concentrator System incorporates DNA Rotor that handles up to 60, 1.5 ml and 72, 0.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes. CentriVap Cold Trap, also included, reaches -58&amp;#176;F for solvent recovery and traps moisture, vapors, and corrosive fumes as they evaporate. MPU-controlled, 300 W heater accelerates evaporation with constant heat up to +100&amp;#176;C.

            <title>Centrifugal Concentrator cools samples to -4&amp;#176;C.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/488564</link>
            <description>
Refrigerated Benchtop CentriVap&amp;#174; processes heat-sensitive samples such as RNA and other proteins that are subject to degradation by heat supplied by friction. If desired, microprocessor-controlled 300 W heater speeds evaporation with constant heat up to 100&amp;#176;C in 1&amp;#176; increments. Quick-Start(TM) One Button Start up activates rotor, heater, timer, and vacuum pump, while Quick-Stop(TM) system stops rotor and vacuum pump and bleeds air into chamber. Memory stores up to 9 user-set programs.
