Mounted on current-controlled driver between driver and bit, transducer is used with Smart Torq(TM) Controller to provide operator-viewable torque readouts for controller as well as data output. Controller provides error-proof fastener assembly by controlling and monitoring dc brushless electric screwdriver. Along with torque control, Smart Torq II offers fully adjustable go-no-go limits for cycle time, joint rate, cycle start current, and cycle complete current.
