Inspection modules qfp|module and mlf|module eliminate need for operator to determine pass/fail criteria. Each module provides critical features that measure QFP solder joints found on flat ribbon, L, gull wing lead components, and fine pitch of micro lead frame devices. Each module is based on open algorithm image analysis software, XE². The qfp|module covers all inspection criteria as detailed in IPC-A-610C standard. RavenEye® self-leveling push camera system for inspection of main lines, laterals, and drain pipes utilizes digital video stored on Sony® Memory Stick® to document pipe conditions. Unit features self-leveling picture, 512 Hz sonde transmitter, 165 ft. fiberglass cable, and 5 in. color LCD with on-screen footage counter. Camera records color video footage and is surrounded by 36 white LEDs that illuminate large diameter lines.
