Compatible with 48 Vdc and 115 Vac power supplies, CLIMAGUARD outdoor heat exchangers are double-crimped and dip-sealed to prevent harsh environmental elements from entering enclosure. With support for both surface- or recess-mounting, lab- and field-tested units are UL Type 12/3R/4 rated and Telcordia GR-487 capable. Maximum 2,000 W of heater option is available on dc and ac volt heaters, and variable-speed blowers come standard on dc-powered units for noise free operation.

Model WW4000S water-to-air heat exchanger, housed in 19.69 x 31.50 x 7.09 in. enclosure, is suited for operation in extremely polluted and high temperature environments. Its design employs internal thermostat and 2 fans that produce 648 cfm air flow. Cooling water flow of 3.5 gpm at 50°F produces 5000 W of cooling capacity when temperature difference between water inlet and ambient is 25°K. Foamed-in-place seals provide Nema 12/IP 55 protection.

ProAir heat exchangers can significantly reduce heat rise in sealed, uninsulated enclosures and extend life of enclosed electronics. Model XR20 will limit heat rise to 24°F above ambient and XR29 will keep temperature within 15°F above ambient. Both are available in 115 or 230 V and 50/60 Hz configurations and can be mounted to any internal or external surface of enclosure. Heat exchangers are UL /cUL, CE, UL50 type 12 and UL3R approved.
