Universal Filter Preheater(TM) consists of flexible silicone/fiberglass heating pad that wraps around metal filter housing to maintain full contact and evenly transmit heat quickly through metal of filter housing to prevent diesel and bio-diesel fuel gelling in cold weather. Held in place by springs and nylon ties, 4 x 7 in. product converts metal filter housing into heating element and draws 85 W. It is offered in several voltages and designed to fit diameter of 2.5-4 in.
