Featuring ASCII interface, hard- and soft-iron calibration, and user-configurable data formatting, units provide up to 40 Hz data update rate, and can be connected via RS232, TTL, or USB.

Supporting 2 separate remote antenna inputs, Crescent VS100 computes and outputs heading and either pitch or roll angles. Heading is determined with up to 0.1° accuracy, and positioning is accurate to within 60 cm. Even if differential signal is lost, included COAST(TM) technology maintains sub-meter positioning for 40 min or more. In similar fashion, integrated gyro maintains heading for up to 3 min after loss of GPS signals. Options include SBAS, e-Dif, and radio beacon (VS110 model).
