Lens-less products offer irradiance from 0.3-0.7 mW/m<sup>2</sup> over wide angle of ±75°. Operating from supply current of 0.35 mA typical at 3.3 V, units have supply voltage range of 2.5-5.5 V and operate over carrier frequency of 30-56 kHz. They are insensitive to supply voltage and ripple noise and offer immunity against ambient light.
