Suited for variety of food and non-food applications, intermittent SVI Series produces bags with corner seal and doy style bags with optional zippers. Production of doy style bag can be performed by turning machine cross seal jaws to 90° position. With outputs from 10-120 bags/min, SVI 4020 packages bags with max width of 400 mm, while SVI 2620 forms bags with max width of 260 mm. There is no need to adapt machine height or dosing platform when package style is changed.

B240 uses servo-driven Parallel Motion to achieve speeds up to 24 bags/min. Bag opening and bag inserting steps overlap, so each step executes more slowly than would be required if they were sequential. Mandrel provides positive bag placement in boxes, cases, or other shipping containers. Available in stainless steel or painted steel, B240 runs tube stock, pre-perfed and sealed bags, or gusseted bags. Pneumatic Model B160 is offered for speeds up to 16 bags/min.

This story is related to the following:
<a href='http://news.thomasnet.com/news/packaging-products-equipment' target='_blank''>Packaging Products & Equipment

Search for suppliers of: <a href='http://www.thomasnet.com/products/inserters-40250805-1.html' target='_blank''>Inserters | <a href='http://www.thomasnet.com/products/bagging-equipment-2452308-1.html' target='_blank''>Bagging Equipment | <a href='http://www.thomasnet.com/products/bag-machinery-95946596-1.html' target='_blank''>Bag Machinery
