            <title>Polarization Modulator enables single-lens HD 3D projection.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/568381</link>
            <description>
DepthQ Polarization Modulator electronically switches polarization orientation of light passing through it and, when combined with polarization-preserving screen, stereoscopic 3D projector, and passive 3D eyewear, enables high-brightness, flicker-free viewing. It provides high polarization efficiency over visible wavelengths from 400-750 nm and transition switching speeds of under 0.5 msec between polarization states. Small and large versions are available.

            <title>ATR Accessory enables polarized measurements in FT-IR.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/549568</link>
            <description>
Combining infrared spectroscopy with polarizer, Universal Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR) Polarization Accessory provides polarized measurements, which offer additional information on molecular structure of sample and help characterize materials. Accessory is particularly suited for crystal structure analysis, polymer and fiber orientation studies, and structural analysis studies of biomolecules. Variable angle polarizer can be removed for non-polarized measurements.

            <title>UV Polarizers are based on nanofabricated grating design.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/807096</link>
            <description>
UV polarizers can be optimized for use at customer-specified wavelength, such as 266 nm quadrupled YAG laser line, and exhibit extinction ratios exceeding 20 db. Devices are non-dichroic and high-transmission components, and can be cut to any application-specific size and shape up to 4 x 4 in. Units are suited for UV photolithography and display application markets.

            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/526550</link>
            <description>
Heat-tolerant elements consist of patterned photonic crystal polarizers and wave plates that make it possible to generate stable azimuthal and radial polarizations at 1,064 nm. Products include laser mirrors LMR-1064 (radial) and LMA-1064 (azimuthal) as well as polarizers PLR-1064 (radial) and PLA-1064 (azimuthal), which have clear aperture of 5 mm. Also available, SWP-1064 wave plate array can produce radial or azimuthal polarization and has clear aperture of 7 mm.

            <title>NIR Linear Polarizers eliminate unwanted reflections.</title>
            <link>http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/526155</link>
            <description>
Fabricated using thin polymer film sandwiched between 2 flat pieces of B270 glass, TECHSPEC(TM) Polarizers provide uniform performance across broad spectral range, achieving extinction ratios from 40 dB at 830 nm to 50 dB at 1,310 and 1,550 nm. Average transmission is greater than 30% for wavelength range of 750-850 nm and 33% for wavelength range of 1,000-2,000 nm. Polarizers are suited for applications involving low-power NIR lasers, LEDs, and other NIR sources.
