Unit features cross roller guides and operates purely mechanically, without pneumatic elements. Utilizing elastomer pads, Model AGE-E compensates for deviations up to 4 mm in X- and Y-axis with angular compensation up to 3.5°. Unit mounts directly to PGN+, PZN+, JGP, and JGZ grippers from sizes 50-200.

Face-and-Center Machine combines cutting tools to either face-and-center or face-and-chamfer. Hydraulic power and control systems can power both spindle slides and fixtures, and include independent speed controls for rapid advance/retract and feed rate for each 5 hp spindle. CAT 40 toolholders are standard. Electrical controls consist of Allen-Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC and pushbutton station. Coolant system uses 1.5 hp pump capable of delivering coolant to each spindle at 4 gpm.
