Gear Cutting Machines do not use any fluids for processing.

Able to process workpieces with ODs up to 150 mm, SE15A gear shaping machine employs counterbalancing shafts that reduce vibration and noise for stable machining at max speed of 2,000 spindle strokes/min. Gear hobbing machine, GE25A, is equipped with gear-tooth chamfering device and achieves cycle time of 40 sec. It can machine workpieces with up to 250 mm ODs at speeds of 250 m/min. Both machines come with software for setting conditions and graphic display of operating status.

Gear Shaper eliminates mechanical changeovers.

Electronic GP 300 ES can change over from spur to helical gears, or from one helix angle to another without having to first change guide to accommodate new gear. This eliminates timely changeovers for mechanical and hydrostatic helical guide systems. It uses backlash-free direct drive under CNC control, so any helix angle within stroke rates and length can be created by changing CNC programs.

This story is related to the following:
<a href='http://news.thomasnet.com/news/machinery-machining-tools' target='_blank''>Machinery and Machining Tools

Search for suppliers of: <a href='http://www.thomasnet.com/products/gear-shaping-machinery-47011200-1.html' target='_blank''>Gear Shaping Machinery
