Spectroline® BigEZ(TM) contains enough fluorescent dye to treat systems containing up to 16 gal of lubricant, and features disposable dye cartridge, which is calibrated in 1/8 oz increments. Injector consists of handle/threaded shaft and collar assembly, 4 oz solvent-free AR-GLO® fluorescent leak detection dye, and hose assembly with low-loss fitting. Cartridges are available for mineral oil, polyol ester and alkyl benzene lubricants.

Individual fingertight fittings work with PEEK, fused-silica, and 1/32 in. electroformed-nickel tubing.
