Coating lets water bead off lens without residue and facilitates cleaning. Contact angle of over 110º ensures water droplet retains its spherical shape and beads off surface with optimum efficiency. Integrating two 3.1 megapixel digital cameras with binocular optics, Model 3D VuCAM(TM) can capture stereo images from distances as far as 150 ft. Digital cameras enable captured photos to be previewed on LCD display and transferred to PC for 3D viewing, printing, or integration into existing 3D software, while 8 x 40 binocular brings objects 8 times closer with 15 ft to infinity viewing range. Unit also has USB port, compact flash memory card slot, and video out-port.

With 3.1 MegaPixel digital cameras integrated into binocular optics, 3D VuCAM(TM) delivers magnified stereo images for viewing/printing or integration into existing 3D professional applications. It includes automatic image focus and exposure techniques that promote efficient capture of 3D photographs. Photos can be previewed on pop-up transflective LCD and later transferred to PC for regular 2D or 3D viewing.
