Available in Polypropylene and Polyvinylidene Fluoride, CALORPLAST utilizes design that prevents solids buildup. All-plastic, corrosion-resistant heat exchanger incorporates tube bundle with movable heat transfer elements that connect to special feed and return flow manifold at one end. Other end of tubes are not connected and move freely inside chamber, preventing plugging or build-up of solids on tube wall. Unit is rated for 230 psig at ambient temperature of 68°F.
