Meters can be set to automatically trigger to laser beam and self-time 5 sec power measurement. They are battery-operated and include AUTO-OFF feature.

Probes perform at fluency levels up to 265 mJ/cm² at 1064 nm. Proprietary coating offers significant improvements over large-area, black-painted probes. Probes are more resistant to scratches and laser damage yet maintain features such as flat spectral response and low reflectance.

Linearity is specified at 1% for 0–400 µS pulse widths, with pulse width measurement capability up to 1 mS. Energy scales include 10 J, 1 J, 100 mJ, and 10 mJ. Max pulse rate is 100 Hz, while calibration accuracy is ±3 % at 193 nm. Max average power is 15 W with max average power density of 10 W/cm².
