Fiber Optic Probe controls transformer loading/performance.

LumaSense Technologies
Santa Clara, CA 95054
Aug 08, 2008 Designed for accurate temperature measurement in high voltage applications including winding hot spot measurement/temperature measurement in Power Transformers, Quality Probe(TM) incorporates drift-free, calibration-free characteristics, Fluoroptic® Technology. It is immune to RF, EMI, and Microwave interference, and features improved oil circulation, sensor positioning mounting, and strain reliefs.

Optical Transmission Probe mounts on polymer extruders.

Axiom Analytical, Inc.
Irvine, CA 92714
Dec 18, 2007 Designed to mount in ½-20 UNF pressure transducer fittings that are available on most polymer extruders, Model FPX-250 makes it practical to use near infrared spectroscopy for short-term analysis and troubleshooting as well as for continuous long-term polymer process monitoring. Unit is compatible with any size extruder and can be attached without requiring modification to existing equipment.

Fiber-Optic Coupled ATR Probes suit mid-IR liquid analyses.

Axiom Analytical, Inc.
Irvine, CA 92714
Mar 13, 2007 Offered in 2 diameters, DPR-F and DMD-F Series Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) probes are available in diamond-tipped versions with Hastelloy bodies and PTFE seals. Both utilize silver halide optical fibers to provide flexible coupling between probe and FTIR mid-IR spectrometer. Photometric accuracy results from control of optical ray directions and number of reflections within ATR element. Probes may be used with strong acids and bases as well as other aggressive chemistries.

Near IR Fiber Probes suit diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.

Lambda Solutions, Inc.
Waltham, MA 02452
Dec 31, 2003 Model NIR-H is a 10 cm probe with gun-handle grip. Model NIR-HT includes gun-handle grip, built-in trigger, LEDs, and serial port interface for connection to computer. Model NIR-MB offers probe head lengths up to 30 cm and features torpedo-shaped barrel grip. All are stainless steel with sapphire windows and solvent-resistant fittings. Standard fiber length is 2 m. Probes interface with most existing FTIR, AOTF, and Dispersive Spectrometers.

Oct 02, 2003 Model LSI-NIR-VT Near Infrared Vector Probe is for Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy and will interface with FTIR, AOTF and Dispersive Spectrometers. Design allows for low internal light reflection and high light collection efficiency ensuring high signal-to-noise characteristics. Probe is stainless steel, PVC and polyamide with 2 m cable. It is suited for process and quality control applications in chemical, agricultural, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

C Technologies Inc.
Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927
Jun 25, 2003 Versaprobe offers cuvette precision, is useable in virtually any solution, and eliminates carryover between measurements. Disposable quartz sleeve eliminates need for cleaning while permitting measurements down to UV range. Probe enables use of fiber optics with corrosive or difficult-to-clean samples encountered in biotech, petrochemical, lab, and medical diagnostic applications.

Insertion Probe is corrosion resistant.

Insertion Probe is corrosion resistant.

Mettler-Toledo AutoChem
Millersville, MD 21108
Oct 31, 2002 Designed for use with AutoChem's ReactIR™ Reaction Analysis Systems, fiber optic coupled DiComp™ diamond ATR insertion probe measures 6.3 mm in diameter. When coupled to ReactIR system via AutoChem's FiberConduit, probe can monitor smaller scale reactions taking place in less accessible reactors. Resistant to abrasive chemicals, it enables direct measurement of reactants, intermediates, by-products, and products formed or consumed during chemical reaction.
