Jun 06, 2002 SafePointâ„¢ fail-safe, rotary paddle, bin level indicator offers magnetic sensing technology, which continuously detects material presence and operational status. Unit's shaft rotation is monitored by detection of magnetized rotating disk; material sense and fail-safe outputs are provided. Housing features twist on/off cover, local status indicating light, and two conduit entrances. Safety feature automatically shuts motor off when paddle is impeded.

May 14, 2002 Indicators are used for measurement of differential pressure, flow rate, and liquid level. Dial sizes include 3, 3 1/2, 4 1/2, and 6 in. Pointer traverses 270 deg arc and is driven by precision-jeweled rotary movement that multiplies rotation of torque tube through gear and pinion to pointer. Zero/range adjustments can be made without removing scale plate or pointer. Certain models have NEMA 4/IP65 rating and pulsation damping.

Apr 24, 2002 Model 7XS high temperature/high pressure steam probe for Eclipse guided wave radar transmitters operates at 605 deg F @ 1,585 psi and withstands corrosive nature of steam applications. It measures levels in saturated steam applications, such as boilers, de-aerators, and feed water heaters.

Apr 22, 2002 Rotary paddle level indicators detect dry bulk materials. They automatically shut off motor when paddle is in stalled position. Built-in slip clutch protects motor and drive gears from excessive forces. Housing is NEMA 4 and explosion-proof unit is also available. Interchangeable paddle assemblies fit most bulk solid application needs. High temperature unit can be used where temperatures reach 750 deg F.

Apr 17, 2002 Liquid Level Indicator provides constant indication of liquid level inside containers, vessels, and tanks. It has resolution from 1/4 to 1/2 in., remote and visual indication, adjustable settings for high/low alarms, and 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V, or 0 to 100% remote outputs. Linear liquid indication is independent of shape of tank. Intrinsically safe model is available.

Apr 17, 2002 Mini-Squing vibrating liquid level switch offers tuning fork technology, 3/4 in. mounting, and heartbeat LED. Instrument includes protection against reverse polarity and short circuit connection. Mini-Squing has continuous operating temperature of 300 deg F and handles pressures to 1450 psi. Its variable operating frequency avoids false switching. Direct load switching model suits supplies rated from 24 to 264 V ac/dc, 50/60 Hz.

Bernhard, Inc.
Kennett Square, PA 19348
Feb 27, 2002 Model 8000-KM measures liquid levels up to 15 ft and solids up to 7 ft. It transmits ultrasonic pulse toward product to be monitored, measures time it takes for pulse to travel to product and back, and converts result to digital display and 4-20 mAdc signal. Sensor and transmitter mount within same enclosure, making it suitable for mounting directly on containers, tanks, and small bins. Users program instrument's range via internal keypad.
