Coordinate Measuring Instruments
Simplifying QA workflow, ZEISS ROTOS is used via stylus changer interface on probe of coordinate measuring machine (CMM) under full CNC control and enables standard-compliant measurement of roughness and waviness on one CMM. All features of technical drawing can be fully captured with one CMM and displayed in one report, and various measuring positions can be reached without rechucking. Rotary axis can turn full 360° and be tilted perpendicularly to provide tilt range of 160°.
Compatible with full range of ST-Robotics’ arms and controller, Vision System can measure to 0.1 mm and send precise coordinates of object to robot. System comprises Matrox GigE 1,920 x 1,448 pixel camera; C-mount lens with zoom, focus, and exposure control; and LED lighting.
