Laminators feature thick/thin gauges up to .040 in. rollstock, temperature capabilities to 425°F, film tension control for light and heavy gauge films, and in-line stripping and slitting capability. Process is capable of applying 0.002–0.005 in. thick coating in one pass that meets MIL specifications. It is designed for multi-laminate stacking, bonding, and coating of gyroscopes, small motors, and stators. Lamination alignment is held to ±.0005 in.
