To optimize displays, company uses G-BOND solid transparent bond, which optically couples front glass or touch screen directly to face of display, making sunlight readability possible. It also removes condensation, fogging, and other optical defects and stops foreign matter intrusion that obscures data. G-BOND can be applied to any LCD from any OEM onto display diagonal sizes from 2.5-47 in. Process is useful for ATM screens, outdoor kiosks, and petrol pump displays.

Metal Welder(TM) structural methacrylate adhesive is designed for bonding metal to other metals or to dissimilar substrates. It provides impact and peel resistance on bare, painted, plated or galvanized metals. Adhesive cures at room temperature in 1 hour. It produces permanent, load-bearing bonds that are resistant to weathering, humidity, temperatures to 250 deg F, and thermal shock. Tensile shear strength is 2450 psi with bond-line thickness of 0.010 in.

Dec 11, 2001 Ceramabond™ 690 single part, boron nitride filled ceramic adhesive bonds and coats in temperatures to 2700°F, and can be used in oxidizing atmospheres to 1560°F and reducing and vacuum environments to 2700°F. Thermal conductivity is 55 W/m-°K, and dielectric strength is rated at 500 volts/mil. Exceptional resistance is shown to molten glasses and metals. Curing time is 1-2 hours each at 200°F, 500°F, and 700°F, respectively. |
