Ultrasonic Transducer Set suits hazardous environments.

Ultrasonic Transducer Set suits hazardous environments.

Dynasonics, Div. Of Racine Federated, Inc.
Racine, WI 53404
May 16, 2005 Intrinsically Safe, clamp-on Series DTTN is certified for use in Class 1 Division 1, Groups C and D hazardous environments. Two high-frequency barriers permit RF signals to transmit back and forth to transducers, while preventing potentially explosive levels of dc or ac voltage from passing through to hazardous area. Transducers are suited for liquid flow measurement on closed fixed pipe systems 2 in. and larger, and are compatible with transit time permanent mount meters.

Feb 02, 2005 Featuring explosion-proof, NEMA 4X/IP66 housing, Type i2P-100 converts mA input signals to switch selectable proportional pneumatic output signal. Dual compartments have explosive fluid seal between explosive/corrosive process fluid and electronics. Integral pneumatic relay provides capacity necessary to drive pneumatic control valve/actuator assemblies without additional volume boosters or positioners. Selectable dipswitch can be set for output range of 3–15 or 6–30 psi.

Oct 14, 2004 Contained in NEMA 4 housing, Series F measures gas flows as low as 2 scfh with real-time output of 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. Pressure changes that occur when gas is passed through venturi orifice are measured and used to determine flow of gas. Output is linear over flow range.

May 14, 2004 Series DTTS Small Pipe Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Transducers, designed for use with Transit Time Flow Meter systems, fit pipe sizes from ½â€“2 in. With no moving parts, they are suited for clean liquids as well as liquids with moderate amounts of suspended solids or aeration. Products clamp on outside of existing pipe systems to obtain accurate flow measurement. When paired with flow meters, units display instantaneous flow rates and totals.
