Magnetic Field Indicators detect tampering with meters.KBR MAGNETO
Czestochowa 42-224 Poland
Sep 29, 2009
Providing permanent registration of magnetic field presence, Magnetic Field Indicators can be used to identify tampering with water meters, watt-hour meters, and gas meters using external magnetic field. One-threshold Model MFI-3 registers magnetic field coming from neodymium magnets, while 2-threshold Model MFI-4 registers magnetic field coming from ferrite magnets and neodymium magnets. Both can be installed on internal or external surface of measuring device.

Ferromagnetic Sensor provides vehicle detection.Banner Engineering Corp.
Minneapolis, MN 55441
Jan 16, 2004
Utilizing magnetoresistive-based passive sensing technology, M-GAGEŽ S18M detects 3-dimensional changes in Earth's magnetic field when presence of large metal objects such as car, truck, or railcar is introduced, causing sensor's output to switch. Unlike inductive loop technologies, self-contained sensor functions as receiver and has no external controller. Program commands can be entered through pushbutton on sensor or via portable programming box when sensor is inaccessible.
