May 10, 2002 Model 95M3222 Datatap (TAP) module accepts RS232 data from serial data sources such as printer ports and intelligent Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). Once connected, Datatap utilizes RF750F Radio Subscriber Unit to send data through wireless network. It provides one RS232 output port, and utilizes jumpers to select appropriate personality-matched software for interfacing. Datatap emulates digital communicator by converting RS232 data to Contact-ID.
