Weighing less than 1 ton, Model DS1100-MTL-TD can be moved from one machine to another with pallet jack. In addition to feeding parts directly from conveyor or tray, 7-axis robot can load or unload auxiliary equipment during machining. Robot can also transfer parts to secondary operations such as washing, inspection, or marking. Two drawers will accommodate tray up to 18 x 24 in., and trays can be wire, injection molded, vacuum formed, or heat-treated.
