Combining zero-backlash rotary actuator, manifold, and parallel gripper, AGM Swivel/Gripper Modules provide solution for pick-and-place applications. Internal porting prevents airlines from twisting, rubbing, and snagging outside unit. For production/assembly of minuscule components, miniaturized RP gripper rotary unit is comprised of RM rotary module with pneumatic parallel gripper based on MPG. Rotary module sizes 08 and 10 can be combined with gripper sizes 12, 16, and 20, while gripper can be equipped with 2 different types of ID/OD gripping force safety devices. Angle of rotation of mini rotation modules is 190°, and end position accuracy reaches ±0.05°. Drive torque is 0.107 Nm (RM 08) or 0.224 Nm (RM10).
