Design for automated trimming of plastics and composites, RoboTrim® RT-1900 features inverted, rail-mounted KMT AccuTrim® R-110 robot inside steel enclosure with side access door and safety interlocks. Rail permits robot to move up to 4.5 m, and 2-sided, 19 ft rotating servo table supports up to 700 lb on each side while accommodating parts up to 13 x 5 ft. Various safety features, such as light curtains, and software, including RouterWare®, are provided.

Utilized in abrasive water jet applications, AccuTrim WJ-110 is equipped with Severe Dust and Liquid Protection package that delivers environmental rating of IP67. Robot also includes FANUC R-J3iC controller, Integral Diamond Eductor nozzle, and high-pressure, swivel-free plumbing package. Choice of H2O Jet Ultra High Pressure Pumps is available to produce up to 60,000 psi of water pressure.

AccuTrim(TM) models WJ-44/22L/33 and R-44/99/363 include FANUC robot, RPT process tooling, and combination of software features and tools designed for non-metallic product trimming applications requiring tight product feature tolerances and high path repeatability. Robots include quick Tool Center Point Recovery, Collision Guard to protect robot, and robot memory. WJ Series is targeted for waterjet cutting applications, while R Series is targeted for routing applications.

Waterproof LR Mate 200iB/5WP robot features high-pressure nozzle that accesses difficult-to-reach areas of part. Robot can withstand reflected water flow at distance of 4 in., with max pressure of 2,900 psi at 4 gpm. Body has IP65 ratings, wrist axes have IP67 rating, and high strength covers with Teflon gaskets offer resistance to chemicals as well as washing or coolant fluids. Robot is suitable for foundry, food packing, and spraying applications.
