Combining PPEB or Easy-FormŪ Series CNC press brake with multi-axis Kuka robot, RoboCell handles small to medium-sized components in capacities of 80-110 ton bending force and 2.5 or 3.0 m table configurations. It can automatically load, form, and stack finished parts in unmanned process. Easy-FormŪ Laser system tracks parts during bending, providing real-time angle measurements. All functions are controlled through instructions from integrated off-line programming software.

Sep 19, 2002 ROBOformERŪ orchestrates movements of loading, intricate bending actions, and unloading using only one controller and software program. Solid modeler and user interface allows solid drawings to be imported/exported and determines optimum bending sequence. Six-axis robot handles up to 176 lbs. Press brake has sheet metal bend length of 122/166 in. and bending force of 117/151 tons, with max bending speed of 47 ipm. ROBOformER accepts sheet up to 120 in. long and 60 in. wide. |
