Designed to fit O-rings not only to shafts, but also in holes, 6-finger Model ORG 85 features integral stroke and triple jaw sets that move independently from one another. O-ring is first released from first 3 fingers, and then released from last 3 fingers in controlled manner. Clamping width of diameter to be fitted ranges from 5-150 mm. Stroke of 2 sets of triple jaws range from 0-21 mm for triple jaw A and from 0-15 mm for triple jaw B.

Mounted upside down or sideways on linear rail, KUKA Jet Robot is available in 4 configurations with various reaches and working ranges, and payloads ranging from 30-60 kg. Unit's maneuverability allows machines to be tended through narrow openings and parts precisely positioned. It also allows parts to be withdrawn from machine in longitudinal direction. Up to 2 robots can be controlled on one linear axis, and several machines can be tended by one combination.
