Conductive Pastes are designed for firing at 380°C.Five Star Technologies Ltd.
Cleveland, OH 44142
Oct 15, 2007
ElectroSperse(TM) X-120, X-122, and X-126 silver-based conductor pastes maintain conductivity even at low end of firing profile, achieving sheet resistivity of 2-3 mW/sq. They adhere to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) or F-doped TO (Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide)-coated glass when fired at 380-500°C. Model X-126 rheology suits syringe dispensing via extrusion, while Models X-120 and X-122 are intended for screen printing applications.

Squeegees suit fine-sphere solder paste printing.Transition Automation, Inc.
North Billerica, MA 01862
Jul 16, 2007
With Sharp Edge option, Permalex® Edge metal squeegees can deliver optimal SMT printing results in certain fine-sphere solder paste printing applications. They have tip radius of 0.003 in. that contributes to long stable printing with minimal wear of both stencil and squeegee edge. Sharp Edge variation prevents possibility of small spheres rolling under squeegee while maintaining radius that continues to extend life of product.

System offers board-level traceability for screen printing.DEK International GmbH
Zurich Ch-8005 Switzerland
Apr 28, 2005 Setup Verification and Traceability tool includes software and hardware to identify stencil, paste, and other setup variables as screen printing machine is prepared. Verification feature compares actual values with those specified in product file, and can be programmed to halt machine or generate warning in event of error. Software supports 1D and 2D barcodes, and all data is recorded for analysis in formats compatible with packages such as Microsoft® Excel. |
