They adhere to ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) or F-doped TO (Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide)-coated glass when fired at 380-500°C. Model X-126 rheology suits syringe dispensing via extrusion, while Models X-120 and X-122 are intended for screen printing applications.

Jul 16, 2007 With Sharp Edge option, Permalex® Edge metal squeegees can deliver optimal SMT printing results in certain fine-sphere solder paste printing applications. They have tip radius of 0.003 in. that contributes to long stable printing with minimal wear of both stencil and squeegee edge. Sharp Edge variation prevents possibility of small spheres rolling under squeegee while maintaining radius that continues to extend life of product.

Verification feature compares actual values with those specified in product file, and can be programmed to halt machine or generate warning in event of error.
