With VIS Optical Filter installed, iCureŽ AS200 Thermal Spot Curing System can handle heat-sensitive plastics used in disposable medical devices. Filter, utilizing thin film technology, eliminates all visible wavelengths except for mild red pointer glow to provide infrared energy above 800 nm. When coupled with iCure portable inline fiber optic system, filter accelerates curing of 2-part glues without affecting heat-sensitive thermoplastics.
