Fast Cladâ„¢ FD Epoxy is a 2-component, polyamide epoxy that can be applied as high-build coating, providing up to 6-8 mils DFT in single application to marginally prepared surfaces. It is VOC-compliant at 340 g/L. Fast Cladâ„¢ Zinc primer can be recoated in 2 to 3 hrs. Reinforced film offers resistance to topcoat bubbling, dry spray, and mudcracking.

Low toxicity, hexavalent-free coating complies with requirements specified by Ford and GM. It meets minimum 96 hr continuous salt spray protection as specified in ASTM Standard B 117, can be sealed for increased corrosion resistance, and protects ZAMAKâ„¢ 2, 3, and 5, ZA-8â„¢ and ACuZinc® die cast components. It meets Ford's WSB-MlOP10-A3 and GM's GMW3 044 specs.
