Polymer System cures by UV light and/or heat.Master Bond, Inc.
Hackensack, NJ 07601
Mar 19, 2008
One component, optically clear, non-yellowing UV15-7DC is designed for bonding, sealing, and coating applications. Cure times range from 5 sec to 2-3 min depending upon wave length, intensity of UV light, and thickness being cured. Heat curing schedules are 10-30 min at 250-260°F. System adheres to glass, metals, plastics, polyester films, and polycarbonates, and exhibits Shore D hardness of greater than 70 and elongation of 65-75%. Tensile strength is 5,460 psi.

Coating protects steel and fiberglass boat bottoms.Xiom Corp.
W Babylon, NY 11704
Oct 30, 2007
Designed for marine vessel hulls, Ship and Boat Bottom Coating is polymer/ceramic-based and contains no TBT or VOCs. Powder coating has evenly dispersed active copper oxide and silver ions in polymer matrix that is fully melted when applied with thermal spray process. If there should be break or tear in coating, nylon modified fuse bond epoxy between hull and coating maintains integrity. Active ingredients are strongly held and always available in coating, minimizing ablating.

Light Diffuser Masterbatches are formulated for LEDs.Ampacet Corp.
Tarrytown, NY 10591-5130
Jun 13, 2007
Light Diffuser Masterbatches are manufactured by using polymer-based diffusion compound formulated for polycarbonate, acrylic, and other clear plastics. Used to eliminate hot spots caused by LEDs in applications such as signage and illuminated knobs, products contain spherical polymer particles that scatter and spread light in plastic sheets and films to form even illumination, while allowing light transmission levels of 90% or more.
