This 2-component, 100% solids, aluminum-filled epoxy cures at room temperature in 24 hr with final cure at 200°F in 2 hr. Cured material exhibits thermal conductivity of 12.5 Btu-in/hr-ft²-°F and dielectric strength of 50 V/mil.
