StreamOne(TM) is engineered to replace traditional mixed-polymer laminates without sacrificing performance when sealing to PET/PETG trays. Available in thickness from 1-2 mil, with 1 mil PET and .5 mil proprietary polyester peelable sealant, lidding features 100% polyester construction that enables product to be recycled in number one stream along with tray. Tamper-evident feature, included, turns white at point of contact with tray when it is removed without leaving residue on flange.

Using traditional CR opening process, peel-push Safety-PakŪ Plus PP enables full panel peel without tearing, while Safety-Pak Plus PL offers peelable opening for fragile pharmaceuticals or unique drug delivery medication systems. Lock-tight Safety-Pak Plus LT requires tool, such as scissors, for accessing drugs that require F-1 rating. All use 200 gauge white polyester film that is compatible with solvent-based, water-based, and CSAT inks, as well as in-line printing processes.
