Sheet with high core temperature creates forming conditions that enable precise material distribution, allowing use of 2-stop oven instead of 4 or 5-stop oven, which also saves energy. Sliding treadle is controlled through independent servo motor, giving treadle movement flexibility in positioning product for trimming. Treadle speed is electronically matched to press speed to ensure precise timing as speed of press is accelerated or decelerated.
