Designed for 5-500 gal containers, sub-surface filling machine allows the filling lance to penetrate within 3 in. of bottom of 81 in. tall IBC. It also has retractable bellows for drawing away toxic fumes. Including NTEP approved digital weight meter, 10,000 lb capacity scale base with 4 load cells, and microprocessor controller, filler uses 2 hydraulic cylinders to raise/lower the boom and lance carriage from drum height to IBC height to within 1 in. clearance above container.
