It can be die-cut, skives with little resistance, and does not grab slicing blade. Cell structure results in neat routing and helps maintain shape following fabrication. It is available in sizes of 108 x 24 x 2 in. and 108 x 24 x 3 in., with density of 2 lb/cu ft.

Indicator shows bright red if excessive tipping has occurred and leave telltale evidence if tampering is attempted. Standard TILTWATCH is calculated to warn if shipment was tilted in excess of 80° ±5°, while TILT WATCH PLUS(TM) indicates to what degree shipment was tilted.

It consists of closed-cell polypropylene foam in nominal thickness of 1/16 or 1/32 in., with layer of polyethylene film, kraft paper or linerboard laminated to foam. Because cohesive seal is destroyed when contents are opened, both structures offer tamper-evidence.
