Sleever provides tamper-evident banding.

Model CMS-650 can fully sleeve glass as well as plastic containers, and accommodates variety of container shapes and sizes. PVC, OPS, or PET sleeving materials are fed, cut and accurately applied. Servo-based and PLC-controlled unit runs at speeds up to 650 cpm for TE banding and up to 400 cpm for full sleeves. It includes color touchscreen and fits easily into existing production lines.

Arc-flash protection labels, available in 5 different types, comply with article 110.16 of 2002 NEC to reduce occurrences of serious injury or death resulting from arcing faults. Warning labels are offered in 3.5 x 5 and 5 x 7 in. sizes, and danger labels come in 5 x 7 and 4 x 6 in. sizes. Additional warning-type labels allow end users to write information directly onto label.

Suited for use in ink-jet printers, 5005 Series Touch DryÃ-® hot-melt ink dries on contact with substrate, resulting in print that never weeps and high-definition code. Black ink provides darkness at low-density settings, smudge and abrasion resistance, and package-to-package offset resistance. Ink works with company's 5200, 5200SC, and 5400 ink jet printers.

AccuFill can be integrated into existing conveyor line.

Plastic Lid covers 200# and 420# propane cylinders.

Rust-proof and dent-proof lid features hold down latch that snaps shut and stays closed. Hinge attaches securely to cylinder's 16 in. diameter collar with plated steel cotter pin. Made of UV stabilized co-polymer polypropylene, dura-dome design facilitates moisture run-off and has reinforced ribs. Lid is rated to -20-°F at 45 lb-ft.

Cylinder produces rotary piston motion throughout stroke.

Twist Clamp Cylinder is offered in 4 bore sizes of 25, 40, 50, and 63 mm. By attaching clamp arm, actuator becomes clamping mechanism for light-duty holding applications. Clamping force of up to 600 lb can be achieved at maximum pressure of 140 psi. Rotary motion rotates clamp arm out of work area for easy loading and unloading of parts.
